The Eight Fold Path
1) Yamas (avoidances)
2) Niyamas (observances)
3) Asanas (postures)
4) Pranayama (breathwork)
5) Pratyahara (sense withdrawal)
6) Dharana (concentration)
7) Dhyana (meditation)
8) Samadhi (union)

First we work with the mind, purifying the quality of our thoughts and our mental/psychological functioning by looking at the morals, values, and philosophy of a yogic life. 

 Second, we work with the body, bringing it to better balance health, and comfort. 

 Third, we work toward stilling the mind and body that we may come to know and feel that deeper wisdom that resides in the heart of the universe and in our own deepest, true self. 

 4 SATURDAYS: AUGUST 18TH & 25TH
SEPTEMBER 1ST & 8TH

3hr sessions each day
9am-12noon
