SPRING INTO SUMMER WITH A NEW MIND AND BODY:
After our yogic discussions on how the universe came into being through pure consciousness, it is time to put into practice a new way of relating to food, our body, and our mind such that we feel the greatness of that pure, conscious, awareness breaking free.  It is the quality and flow of prana (life force) that we are improving by focusing on how best to detox, heal, and nourish ourselves from the inside out.  

The workshops below are a step by step program best taken in full (although not required ) so as to truly create the proper conditions within the body and mind to attain higher levels of well-being, vitality, radiance, and longevity.  What is learned here is crucial to healing health conditions, illnesses, and injuries as well as truly breaking free from old mental and behavioral patterns that have not served you, others, nor the world at large.
