HOW YOGA IS AFFECTING YOU!!!
TESTIMONIALS

The Best Yoga Class -

Trish Pascual's yoga class at 24 Hour Fitness is always a joy!  Her style of teaching is informative, inspirational, and caring.  I always learn something new.  She always brings me to the remembrance of the "breath" which is the foundation of life and peace.  Trish is very specific in demonstrating the yoga postures and transitions seamlessly from one posture to another.  She inspires me to not compare myself to others and to forgive myself.  That's very freeing.  At my last class, she commended the class for serving ourselves by taking yoga that we will be able to serve others.  I always feel cared for in her class.

Trish,

Just to express my appreciation:

I have a chronic bad neck, and yoga helps to keep the pain at bay.
Tuesday , I was experiencing sharp pain in my cervical vertebrae when I
came in to the 9am class.  By the time the class was over, the pain had
disappeared and my neck felt great and continues to feel great.  I'm
thankful that you are the teacher you are and fell fortunate to be able to
practice yoga under your guidance.

Thank you,

Joe Zizzi

So, Trish,

Another Tuesday morning pain in my neck, not quite as bad as last week--
I'd attempted to emulate your routine from last Tuesday, in my home
workout, but not with the same success--  and another hour of yoga that
totally wiped out my discomfort.  Thank you.

Welcome!

Welcome everyone!
This is the beginning of my official PremaYoga Blog where I can offer
ongoing dialogue with you on yoga, a whole body, mind, and soul/spirit
system brought to us from India over 5,000-7,000 years ago!  This blog is to
bring the ancient wisdom and knowledge inherent in yoga to the forefront,
such that the postures may never be misconstrued as the end goal of yoga.
As been said before, the postures are just one spoke of the wheel of the bicycle
that is yoga.  To demystify yoga as an ancient science of health, healing, fitness,
and conscious/spiritual development, is my purpose here.  It is also to create a
better network or community, a "sangha" of yoga practitioners amongst whom
we can continue to learn, enrich our lives, and support our individual practice!
May many more come to truly appreciate yoga as an effective and meaningful
system or tool, as it was transferred to us as a means to liberation.  Liberation
from the bondage and suffering of the physical through the awakening and
ever deepening connection to the creative source behind it all!
