Just to

chronic bad neck, and yoga helps to keep the pain at bay.
Tuesday , I
was experiencing sharp pain in my cervical vertebrae when I
came in to
the 9am class. By the time the class was over, the pain had
disappeared
and my neck felt great and continues to feel great. I'm
