What: Join Prem as she joins two of her best workshops, Transformation Throught the Heart of Yoga & Food is Medicine...Eating is Ritual! This is about practicing yoga and understanding its deep wisdom in its authentic form combined with honoring our bodies as the vehicle and temple for conscious development through proper nutrition & application of ayurveda "life knowledge."
