Living Yoga & Food is Medicine Retreat

April 15th, 16th, 17th
WILDWOOD Retreat Center

Spring is the time to activate your potential!  In health, fitness, and conscious development, we retreat to rejuvenate our life force.  Our two night & 3 day retreat gives a worthwhile opportunity to delve right in!  You are invited to join us on this journey to the gorgeous surroundings of N.California in Guernville.  Here, the rolling hills to the Sonoma Coastline feed us with much needed prana...fresh ocean and forest energy.  At Wildwood Retreat Center, our group will have exclusive use of the grounds which include pools & hot tub, campfire circle, yoga yurt studio, workshop and meditation hall and more...

Sunrise & Sunset group meditations, deep breathing techniques, & yoga posturing will allow us to release the old, establish our sacred space within, and center in the clear perception and expansive knowing of our highest self.  In essence we are on retreat to REBIRTH OURSELVES!!!!
